theres a new proposed budget that would give new teachers more of an increase than teachers will 25 years experience.

Where is that information at? From my understanding the BOS and the BOE have finalized their budgets already. The BOE is going to determine in today's meeting how the raises are to be allocated across the board. My understanding is that all teachers will be getting the 3.75 raise for the most part.
